    Check-in / Check-out

    Check-in is from 15:00 on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 12:00 on the day of departure. You do not need to book the hotel yourself, as this will be arranged centrally. We will do our best to have rooms available before 15:00; if that is not possible, luggage can be stored at the hotel until rooms are ready.

    Shuttle Services

    Shuttle transfers will be arranged between the airport and the hotel. Detailed information regarding shuttle schedules and pick-up points will be shared closer to the event. We kindly ask all participants to align their flight times as much as possible to facilitate the organization of the transfers.
